This beanie hat is designed with the Bamboo stitch to create a lovely cozy hat that is perfect for Autumn and Winter. The stitch creates a great texture that retains heat well so you definitely won't be going cold with this pattern.

This hat is worked in the round with the magic loop method although you can quite easily work the hat up using DPNs. 16” circular needles are also a great option.

I have made slouchier version of the bamboo hat by using an Aran weight yarn and the same size needles. The Aran weight yarn gives a much denser fabric that is very warm and cozy for those frozen early mornings.
